i didnt have a bad customer yet and i hope not to because i would be tired and annoyed but i would ignore those emotions and i would just do my job

Assignment 6

Describe how you feel physically while working.
I feel like i am glad to be working here at Jittery Joe's but i am taking it for granted by not doing my work and instead i am arguing with people or not feeling like working
What changes or stays the same as you work?
i feel like i am the only one that has changed here at Jittery Joe's but i am also going to change that by starting to pick up after myself i am going to try and get some sleep at night by trying to walk around my neighborhood and relieving some stress

i accedintly put $5.00 instead of $10.00 for when i was putting in how much they were paying with
What will you do differently next time?
i will make sure i look at the bill before i decide that it is a five dollar bill and a ten dollar bill or twenty dollar bill

i have been asked for free stuff before but just as a joke but i still take it seriousl and tell the person that is asking me no
How will you handle it in the future?
if someone comes up to me and ask me for something free i will tell them no and they need to pay like any other worker should do and probably is doing

sometimes finish work that i have not yet finished or completed while there are no customers

Assingment 2

i have had many positive customer service experience that i have been here but my best one so far is when i was trying to figure out the cash register i was messing up because i didn't know how to work the cash register and i thought i broke it but i didn't i just forgot my clerk number and which button to press from the green ones it was pretty funny because my sister was showing me how to work the cash register from behind the counter but when i finally realized how to work the cash register

This is my first experience with work that i have experience first-hand
i hope to keep working here until the semester is over so that i may learned enough experience to work at other jobs like at a gas station or a fast food restaurant
If not, what skills from other jobs are you implementing at the coffee shop?
i am learning how to work at a cash register, how to be nice to the customers and respect there decisions on what they chose.
If it is, what skills are you learning that you will take with you to future jobs?
i am learning skills like how to work with other people which when i apply at a job will help me with my social skills
